Major Responsibilities:                 

Fully and completely understand the development strategy of company. Be responsible for the new product portfolio planning and decide the development orientation and target of products. 

Be responsible for the strategic layout of all products (toB & toC).  Drive product design through data analysis and forecast the overall development trend.                                        

Responsible for the management of the product team. Set up efficient personnel training and talent introduction plan, and stablish a centripetal, open and willing-to-learn organization culture within the team.                                           

Work closely with business, technical and other departments to promote product landing quickly and efficiently and continuously polish user experience.                                      

Ensure the quality of  product development process.  Control the development progress and cooperate with other teams smoothly to make sure the delivery of products.

Project management. Effectively monitoring the progress of the project and rationally allocating of development resources.                                            

Establish and continuously optimize a standardized and efficient product development management system and specification documents.      

Responsibility:

Bachelor's degree or above in Management Science, Maths, Informagtion Management, Software Engineering or Computer Science.

Rich products (toB or toC) development experience, be familiar with the whole process from product planning to delivery.                             

Understand agile software development process.

Experience in product rollout and operations and worked as PM for the whole process of toB/toC product delivery. 

Over 7 years’ experience in leading and managing a medium to large business team in MNC company.

Over 7 years’ experience in working in environment with different cultures and changes.        

Strong strategic analysis capability and acumen business sense to meet customer needs under fierce market competition. 

Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage the stakeholder and external suppliers     

Fluent English communication in terms of oral and written English
